Tuak is an alcoholic beverage made of fermented rice, yeast and sugar and drank in Indonesia such as Sumatra, Sulawesi, Maluku Islands, Borneo and East Malaysia. 2. Penganan

Penganan is a sarawak’s delicacies. It is a type of cake served especially during Gawai Dayak. The main ingredients of this cake are rice flour, sugar and coconut milk. It is a simple yet sweet and tasty cake.

3. Ngelulun Pulut

Ngelulun Pulut is also a famous sarawak delicacies. It is actually made from glutinous rice and is roasted in bamboo. It is usually served among the Bumiputra (natives) of Sarawak.
